How to register a new company

Estimated Reading Time: 1 minute 30 seconds

InfoDocs allows you to register private companies directly with CIPC. Pre-populated inaugural minutes, appointment letters, registers, share certificates and more.

Step 1: From the Portfolio page, click  Add Company and then   New Company Registration. We currently only support company registrations with a standard MOI. To proceed, click  Register Company with standard MOI.

Step 2: Fill in the Proposed Names.

Step 3: A window will pop up to prompt you to insert all of the details pertaining to your company.

Step 4: Once completed, click Next to fill in all of the details pertaining to the directors.

Step 5: Once you have filled in your first director, click Add Director if you need to continue to add, if not, click  Review to view a summary of all the submitted information.

Step 6: When you are happy that all of the information reflected is accurate, click Confirm. A window will pop up to confirm the fees for the registration, choose your payment method and click Submit to CIPC.

Calculate Fees

Please note: It costs only R250 to register your company with InfoDocs. This includes R50 for the name reservation, R125 for the actual company registration and a submission fee of just R75.

We will be in touch to request the supporting documents as well as the signatures on the COREG form. This will need to be sent to CIPC ( eservicescoreg@cipc.co.za) with the tracking number in the subject line.

The company should take roughly 3-7 working days to be finalised with CIPC. We will email you to notify you when it has been successfully registered and you can access your InfoDocs company Dashboard to download all of the incorporation documents.
