How to submit an enquiry to CIPC

Having some technical difficulties with your transaction with CIPC? The enquiry system is best solution to submit your issue to. Resolution time is usually 1 to 5 business days. More technically advanced or document request enquiries might take longer to get resolved.

Step 1: Head over to the CIPC enquiry website, make sure you have your own CIPC customer code. Enter the Email you want the resolutions sent to, your Username and Password and proceed to click Login

Step 2: Select the applicable Department and sub-categories. Enter the Subject, Enterprise number, a Reference number if applicable, the Provice and the issue you have been encoutering in the Message box.

Step 3: CIPC also gives you the option to add additional files to assit them in understanding your issue. Simply click Choose file, select the applicable file and click Upload. Make sure to fill in the Capcha and proceed to click Submit.
