How to create a CIPC account (with customer code)
Register for a CIPC account to update your contact details for director changes and more.

Step 1: Go to the CIPC customer registration page, indicate whether you have a South African ID and search your ID/passport number.
If you already have a CIPC account, they will provide you with the customer code. If you can't remember the password, go to the password reset page and follow the instructions. If you do not receive the reset password link, you will need to submit a CIPC enquiry.
Step 2: Capture your personal details, contact information and security code validation (note: these are case sensitive).
Step 3: Set a password and log in using the provided customer code.
