CIPC Notice 9 of 2024: Delay in processing company and CC re-instatement applications and responding to enquiries

Due to the final deregistration of companies and CCs in January 2024 for non-compliance with annual return submissions, there has been a high volume of re-instatement applications and inquiries. This has impacted the service standards set by CIPC.
Whilst there is a high volume of applications and inquiries, the turnaround time for company and CC re-instatement applications, re-instatement inquiries and deregistration inquiries will be 10 working days.
