CIPC Notice 28 of 2024: Customer code update process

CIPC has changed the process for updating customer code details. If the email or cellphone number linked to the customer code is outdated, the following documents need to be sent to resetpassword@cipc.co.za:
Customer update form
Certified ID which is not older than 3 months.
Please note: The request to update the information must come from the new email address that you wish to update.
