CIPC Acknowledges that the implementation of the new customer verification process has caused delays and frustration but assures customers that this process is necessary to protect customer profile information.
Occasional Department of Home Affairs (DHA) unavailability has caused challenges with completing the customer verification process but customers are advised to retry until the verification has been completed.
Customer verification is advised to be completed as soon as possible to continue with transacting.
