How to view cancelled share certificates

InfoDocs automatically creates and updates share certificates as part of share transactions. Locating an old or cancelled share certificate on InfoDocs is quick and simple.
Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.
Step 1: Simply navigate to the Shareholders tab and under Actions, click on Maintain Share Certificates.
Step 2: Once you have selected Maintain Share Certificates, a list of all the current share certificates will be displayed. Simply click on the button at the top right, next to Actions, to View or Re-print canceled certificates.
