How to submit an enquiry to CIPC

Having some technical difficulties with your transaction with CIPC? The enquiry system is best solution to submit your issue to. Resolution time is usually 1 to 5 business days. More technically advanced or document request enquiries might take longer to get resolved.

You will need to send an email to CIPC to an email address based on the enquiry you want to submit.

In the email, you'll need to include the following information to ensure the CIPC support members can assist:
Your customer code
The enterprise number
The tracking number (if applicable)
