How to resign a member

Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.
To appoint a member using InfoDocs all you need to do is follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the company you would like to make the changes to and click on the Members Tab and select the resigning member.
Step 2: Proceed to select the Terminate Appointment option.
Step 3: Indicate the date of resignation and click Save.
Step 4: After selecting Next, you have to complete the Members Interest and Contribution. You can also add another member by clicking on the + Appoint Another Member option. If you do not wish to appoint another member select Save. Proceed to select Submit to CIPC.
Step 5: You will receive an email directing you on how to complete the submissions to CIPC.
