In our most recent update, access to the Share Classes and Documents tabs has become part of our subscription plans. Pay As You Go companies will need an active subscription to use these features.
Good question! As InfoDocs grows, we’re constantly improving our platform to bring you better, smarter, and more secure tools for managing your company records. This change helps us keep building the features you love (and the ones you didn’t even know you needed).
If you’re a Pay As You Go user, don’t panic, we’ve got your back. Here’s what you can do:
Need specific files? Shoot an email to our support team, and we’ll send them over.
Want to keep full access? A subscription unlocks everything (plus some handy extra features).
Nobody likes surprises (unless they involve cake), but we promise this shift is all about making InfoDocs stronger, faster, and better for you. If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to vent, we’re here for you.
