Register of Beneficial Owners

Introducing our latest update, you can now create a Register of Beneficial Owners with InfoDocs automatically. To begin, simply add a company, create a share register and then click View Company Registers.
Please note: The CIPC will require all registered companies that are not public companies or state-owned companies to submit this information with their annual returns from Monday, 3rd April 2023.
Disclaimer: This register is based on information that is currently available to InfoDocs. Shareholders that are companies will be checked for existing share registers while trusts will return "Missing trustees" (for now).
