File Beneficial Ownership to CIPC with InfoDocs

Introducing our latest update, you can now file your beneficial ownership to CIPC with InfoDocs. To begin, simply add a company, create a register of beneficial owners and then click File Beneficial Ownership.
Please note: All companies, excluding public and state-owned companies, are required to submit their beneficial ownership information by 1 October 2023. Here is everything you need to know about beneficial ownership.
