How to edit a share transfer mistake?

Have you accidentally made a mistake with the transfer date or price per share? InfoDocs gives you the ability to edit share transactions with the click of a button.
Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.
Step 1: Navigate to the Shareholders Tab in the company’s profile. Click on View Share Transactions on the right side of the screen under Actions:
Step 2: All the share transactions for this company should now be visible. Click on the Edit option to rectify the faulty transaction.
Step 3: The following box will appear. Here you can edit the transaction date and the price per share.
Note of caution: You are not able to edit the shareholders or the number of shares transferred or allotted, to rectify this you can delete the share transaction. Please also feel free to contact Support for help if you accidentally deleted the wrong transaction, or if you need help purging your records to start over.
