How to access your register of share member accounts

The Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended) requires all companies to maintain certain company records for a period of seven years. With a software like InfoDocs you can create professional, good-quality company registers with just the click of a few buttons.
Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.
Step 1: Select the company whose records you would like to view and from Company Dashboard select the View Company Registers option.
Step 2: You will then be given the option to choose the specific register you would like to view. Make sure you select the Register of Share Member Accounts:
Step 3: An additional window will open, displaying the register of share member accounts in PDF format.
Please note: On InfoDocs you can pull your beneficial ownership in terms of beneficial interest. To do this you must set up all the applicable shareholding for all related companies.
