How to request documents

Keeping your company records in a dusty file has become a thing of the past. According to the Companies Act, your company records must be accessible and up to date at your registered address. InfoDocs is your solution to maintaining and storing your finalised records digitally.
Step 1: From the Documents tab select the Request Documents option under Actions.
Step 2: You will then be given the option to request the Incorporation Documents (MOI) or a CIPC Official Disclosure document. Once you have selected the desired document click Next
Step 3: Select your payment method and click Pay Now.
Step 4: Success! You have submitted your document request! You will receive the document from CIPC as soon as the request has been successfully submitted.
