How to access the Template Library

Drafting company records from scratch is time-consuming and detail intensive. InfoDocs will automatically populate and save your resolutions and templates to the Template Library. If you are looking to customize a template, choose from our growing list of templates in the Word Templates folder.

Please Note: This feature is only available to users who are on a subscription account.

Step 1: Select the company you are working on and navigate to the Documents tab on the top right of the dashboard. On the bottom right, select View Template Library

Step 2: In the library, you will be able to access the pre-populated PDFs Templates or our Word Templates

Step 3: In the library, you will be able to access the pre-populated PDFs Templates all of your recent transactions on InfoDocs.

Step 4: InfoDocs also give you access to all our Word Templates for you to edit and change as needed. All our templates are industry-approved with reference to the applicable sections in the Companies Act. We are constantly adding new templates to the Word Templates folder to ensure you can have access to all the supporting documents required to maintain your company records.

Step 5: If you have a request for a template that you often use, hit Request Template . Make sure to send us the template title, purpose of the template and when you need it by.
