How to raise a request in the InfoDocs Help Centre
Introducing the new InfoDocs Help Centre to improve response time and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks or gets missed.
Step 1: Click here to access the InfoDocs Help Centre.
Step 2: Go through the following types of requests and select the option that best suits your needs:
Report a bug or data issue
CIPC transaction query
Product or pricing questions
Payment or billing query
Feedback or suggestions
Step 3: Fill in your email address, a summary and a description of your request. If you have any relevant files, please provide them to our support agents.
Step 4: Once you've filled the above information in, click Send.
Step 5: Your request has now been raised and one of our support agents will tend to your request as soon as possible. Add a comment if you would like to provide our support agents with more information or share this request with other people should you require their input in the request.
Step 6: Click Requests to view all requests you've submitted and the status of each request.
