How to access pre-populated documents

Keeping your company records in a dusty file has become a thing of the past. According to the Companies Act, your company records must be accessible and up to date at your registered address. InfoDocs is your solution to maintaining and storing your finalized records digitally.

Please Note: This feature is only available to users who are on a subscription account.



Step 1: From the Documents tab select View Template Library under Actions.



Step 2: In the library, you’ll be able to access the pre-populated documents by selecting PDF Templates.



Step 3: All the pre-populated documents you’ve created on InfoDocs will be listed according to their transaction date. Simply locate the desired document and click on it. If you would like to print the document select the Printing icon.
