How to record a share re-organisation

InfoDocs offers four share re-organisation transactions that are easily completed on the app: Changing Authorised Shares, Re-classifying or Converting Shares, Redeeming Shares, and Share buy-backs. All of these can be found in the Share Classes tab, under Actions, and by clicking on Share Reorganisations. Below is an outline of each of the four transactions and how you can easily record them in InfoDocs.
Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.
The Share Reorganisation button under the Share Classes Tab offers the following transactions:
Change Authorised Shares
Create New Share Class
Convert Shares
Redeem Shares ("Share Redemption")
Purchase Own Shares (Share Buyback)
Cancel Shares
And that’s it! We have written separate How-To articles for each of the above transactions if you ever need a reminder of how to do them. Simply search for the keyword in the search box.
