When will I be billed if I upgrade my account?

If you subscribed to a monthly subscription with InfoDocs, you will be billed on the day you upgrade and then on the same day each following month. For example, if you upgraded on the 10th of October, you will be billed for the next month on the 10th of November, and then again on the 10th of December, and so forth.
If you subscribed to an annual subscription with InfoDocs, you will be billed on the day you upgrade and then on the same day of the following year. For example, if you upgraded on the 10th of October 2022, you will be billed for the next year on the 10th of October 2023.
Any companies added to an annual subscription during the subscription period will be billed on a pro-rata basis according to the number of months remaining on the subscription. For example, if your subscription renewal date is on the 10th of October 2023 and you added a company on the 10th of April 2023, you will be billed for 6 out of the 12 months the company had been upgraded for. You will be billed for this on a set day each month, which aligns with the day that you initially upgraded. For example, if you upgraded to an annual subscription on the 10th of October, your pro-rata billing date will be the 10th of each month.
Just remember that your bill is dependent on how many companies you are managing and whether you made any special requests (like data capture assistance or special template creations).
