How to view your company records

The Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended) requires all companies to maintain certain company records for a period of seven years.



Step 1: Select the company whose records you would like to view and from Company Dashboard select the View Company Registers option.



Step 2: You will then be given the option to choose the specific register you would like to view. You can choose from the following registers:

Full Statutory Registers
Register of Directors
Register of Members
Register of Officers
Register of Auditors
Register of Shareholders
Register of Share Member Accounts
Register of Share Classes
Register of Allotments
Register of Transfers
Register of Share Certificates
Capital Reorganisation



Step 3: Once you have selected the register you would like to view you can select to view only active officers and shareholders of the company or all. You then also have the option to view the document in csv or pdf format, proceed to select View.



Step 4: InfoDocs pre-populated all registers and the information for you, saving you so much time and energy.
