# How to view members interest certificate

||| A membership interest certificate refers to a certificate that is issued to a member of a close corporation to document his or her membership interest or ownership of the business.

**Step 1**: Log in to your InfoDocs account [here](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/#/public/login). If you don’t already have an account, [register](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/#/public/register/personaldetails) for a free trial.

**Step 2**: Select the company then, head to the **Members tab**. Once you are there, **click** on **Maintain Interests**.

**Step 3**: Click on the **printer icon** to view the [Certificate of Members Interest](https://support.infodocs.co.za/en/article/certificate-of-members-interest-po6c36/).

**Step 4**: And that’s it! You can now save and print the Certificate of Member Interest to your computer.
