# How to submit an enquiry to CIPC

||| Having some technical difficulties with your transaction with CIPC? The enquiry system is best solution to submit your issue to. Resolution time is usually 1 to 5 business days. More technically advanced or document request enquiries might take longer to get resolved.

You will need to send an email to CIPC to an [email address](https://www.cipc.co.za/?p=20734) based on the enquiry you want to submit. 

In the email, you'll need to include the following information to ensure the CIPC support members can assist:
* Your customer code
* The enterprise number
* The tracking number (if applicable)
