# How to sign up for free with InfoDocs

||| InfoDocs is the easiest way to manage company records, annual returns, share registers and share certificates. Sign up for free and start managing your companies on InfoDocs in less than 5 minutes.

**Step 1**: Head over to the [InfoDocs](https://infodocs.co.za/) website and click **Create Account**.

**Step 2**: Fill in your details, accept the [Terms and Conditions](https://infodocs.co.za/terms) and the [Privacy Policy](https://infodocs.co.za/privacy) and click sign up for free.

**Step 3**: An email will be sent to you where you can confirm your email address and set your password.

**Step 4**: Press **Click Here To Login**.

**Step 5**: You will be taken to a page where you can set and confirm your password. Set and confirm your password and click **Log in**.

**Step 6**: Success! You have signed up for InfoDocs. You will now be able to add companies to **Your Portfolio** and start transacting.
