# How to reset your password

||| If you have lost your user login details or have simply forgotten your password you can securely reset your password with the click of a few buttons.

**Step 1:** Head over to the login page [here](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/#/public/login) and select **Forgot your password**?

**Step 2:** You will then be asked to insert your email and click **Reset**

**Step 3:** The system will then prompt you to go to your email to locate the link generated to reset your password.

**Step 4:** Select the **Reset Password** link.

**Step 5:** You will be redirected to the reset your password page. Simply insert your new password and select **Log in**.
