# How to export shareholder information

Export shareholder profiles for all companies from the InfoDocs portfolio.

**Step 1: ** [Log in ](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/portfolio/company) to your InfoDocs Portfolio. 

**Step 2: ** Click the **Export Reports ** button.

**Step 3: **Select shareholder profiles.

**Step 4:** **Download **your shareholders profile in CSV format and **Save**.

**Please Note:** Once you’ve downloaded the CSV file, you can open it in Microsoft excel or [Google sheet. ](https://sheet.new/)
