# How to export reports from InfoDocs

Exporting reports on InfoDocs is a breeze. You'll find everything you need in one place, including the ability to export directors, company, and shareholder information.

**Step 1:** [Log in](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/account/login) to your InfoDocs Portfolio. 

**Step 2: ** Click the **Export Reports ** button. 

**Step 3: **Select the type of report you would like to export and click **Download**.  

**Please note:** The report will download as a CSV file which you can open with Microsoft Excel or [Google sheets](https://sheet.new/).
