# How to export director information

Export director profiles for all companies from the InfoDocs portfolio.

_Estimated reading time: 35 seconds _

**Step 1:** [Log in](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/portfolio/company) to your InfoDocs Portfolio.

**Step 2:** Click the **Export Reports** button.

**Step 3: **Select director, member and officer profiles.

**Step 4:** **Download** your profile in CSV format and **Save.** 

**Please note:** Once you’ve downloaded the CSV file, you can open it in Microsoft Excel or [Google sheet](https://sheet.new/).
