# How to export company information

Export company profiles for all companies from the InfoDocs portfolio.

**Step 1: ** [Log in ](https://secure.infodocs.co.za/portfolio/company) to your InfoDocs Portfolio.

**Step 2:** Click the **Export Reports **button.

**Step 3: ** Select company profiles.

**Step 4:** ** Download **your company profile, and ** Save**.

Please note: Once you’ve downloaded the CSV file, you can open it in Microsoft excel or [Google sheet.](https://sheet.new/)
