# How to access word templates

||| Keeping your company records in a dusty file has become a thing of the past. According to the Companies Act, your company records must be accessible and up to date at your registered address. InfoDocs is your solution to maintaining and storing your finalized records digitally.

**Please Note**: This feature is only available to users who are on a subscription account.

**Step 1:** From the **Document** tab select **View Template Library** under **Actions**.

**Step 2:** In the library, you’ll be able to access all the word templates we have available by selecting **Word Templates**.

**Step 3:** A list with all our word templates will be displayed. Select the template you need to edit. All our templates are industry-approved with reference to the applicable sections in the Companies Act. We are constantly adding new templates to the Word Templates folder to ensure you can have access to all the supporting documents required to maintain your company records.
