# CIPC Notice 4 of 2024: Deregistration of companies and close corporations in annual return deregistration process

CIPC has issued a final deregistration notice for January 2024, listing companies facing deregistration due to non-compliance with the Companies Act. 

This notice serves as a last warning for affected entities to rectify their status promptly to avoid potential legal consequences and dissolution. Companies are urged to take immediate action to ensure compliance, as failure to do so may result in severe penalties and the discontinuation of business operations.
