# CIPC Notice 3 of 2024: Unauthorised use of CIPC name, abbreviation and logo

Unauthorised use of the CIPC's name, abbreviation, and logo is strictly prohibited. 

Entities or individuals found using these identifiers without proper authorisation may face legal consequences. CIPC emphasises the importance of maintaining the integrity and official use of its brand to prevent misuse and confusion. Stakeholders are urged to report any unauthorised use to CIPC.
