The Companies Tribunal serves as a forum for voluntary alternative dispute resolution in any matter arising under the Act.
The Companies Tribunal adjudicates on administrative orders in the respect of separate and distinct matters specified in the Act and companies regulations.
The Companies Tribunal has powers similar to that of a Court, since the transgressors are obliged to comply with the Tribunal’s Orders.
