Drafting company records from scratch is time-consuming and detail intensive. InfoDocs will automatically populate and save your resolutions and templates to the Template Library. If you are looking to customize a template, choose from our growing list of templates in the Word Templates folder.
To access the Template Library you will need to login and select a company that you have on your profile. If you do not have a profile, register here and add a company to InfoDocs. Next, you will need to navigate to the Documents tab on the top right of the dashboard. On the bottom right, select View Template Library.
In the library you will be able to access the pre-populated PDFs from all of your recent transactions on InfoDocs, or Word templates for you to edit and change as needed.
All our templates are industry-approved with reference to the applicable sections in the Companies Act. We are constantly adding new templates to the Word Templates folder to ensure you can have access to all the supporting documents required to maintain your company records.
