The registered company is not showing up on InfoDocs

You have registered a new company and it is not reflecting when you search for it on InfoDocs. We have added a handy work around to ensure that you can start managing your records on InfoDocs with no delays.
Newly registered entities take a day or two to pull through from the CIPC registrar. Head back to Add Company and under the company search box, click Manual add.
A window will pop up to ask you to fill in all the registration details as per your registration certificate (COR14.3). InfoDocs will create a record for you to work from which will automatically merge once the information pulls through from the registrar.
