How to manually add a company

Onboarding company records to InfoDocs is simple. We have five options to ensure all of your records can be loaded to your portfolio with minimal manual input. Our Manual Add option is especially useful if you cannot find a company you would like to add to InfoDocs.

Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial.

Step 1: Select the Add Company option on the top right of your profile. In the search box fill in the company name or the company registration number and click Search.

Step 2: If there is no result for the applicable company select the Manual Add option.

Step 3: Proceed to fill in all the company details like the company registration number and click Next.

Step 4: Manually add the director details (make sure that you untick the SA citizen if you are adding a foreign director), add another director by selecting the Add Director option, and click Review. Then fill in the date of appointment, the appointment type, title, and occupation Level and click Review.

Step 5: A pop up page will then appear allowing you to review all the company information. If you have made a mistake you can select the Back option to edit the mistake. Once you have revied the company click Confirm to onboard your company.

Step 6: Your company details will then be added to InfoDocs, to view them select Go to Dashboard.

From here on you can manage your companies affairs with ease.
