How to invite a third party to multiple companies
Inviting a third party to multiple companies works really well for the officers and directors of a company. It is a quick and easy way to save time and grant such individuals, access to all the companies that they are related to on InfoDocs.
Follow these easy steps to Invite a third party to multiple companies:
Step 1: Head under the Directors tab and select the relevant or desired officer.
Step 2: Proceed to Actions and select Invite Third Party.
Step 3: Fill in the officer’s details and select the “Invite third party to all related companies icon.” However, you have the discretion to de-select this option as well as manage the access permission that you grant to either View-only access or to Edit access.
Step 4: This will send an email to the user to log in to access your portfolio.
