A membership interest certificate refers to a certificate that is issued to a member of a close corporation to document his or her membership interest or ownership of the business.
Step 1: Log in to your InfoDocs account here. If you don’t already have an account, register for a free trial
Step 2: Select the company then, head under the Member tab, and click on Maintain Interests.
Step 3: Click on the eye icon to View the Certificate of Members Interest.
Step 4: The Members interest certificate.
