Take advantage of all the benefits of having an InfoDocs subscription. Upgrade your account by simply following the below steps.
Step 2: Head over to the Account page or add a company . Select the Upgrade to Subscription option.
Step 3: You will be taken to the below pop up, where you will need to select the Number of companies you would like to have on your profile. You can also select if you would prefer to pay a once off Annual fee, or a Monthly subscription as well as fill in your Promo Code. Once you have confirmed which payment option you would like to go for, select Confirm.
Step 4: Make sure your billing details are correct and select Confirm.
Step 5: Next, you will be prompted to fill in your debit or credit card details, click Save to then be directed to a secure payment window that will supply you with a One Time Pin (OTP). This should be sent either to your cellphone number or a linked email address. Fill this pin into your banking app and confirm the payment.
Step 6: The amount will be deducted from your account, and you will be sent an invoice to your email for your records. Or alternatively, you can always access your invoices via the Account page.
Congratulations, you have now successfully upgraded your account! If you wish to add any more companies you can do so at any point. Select the “+ Add Company” button on the top right of your profile.
If you opted for an annual subscription for a batch of companies and add more at a later stage, you will get an invoice for the additional companies for the remaining months of the year.
